Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s products and services to existing clients
- Provide information and assistance to existing clients regarding platform and services offered
through live chats, emails, phone calls and meetings - Collects customer feedback and follows up
- Maintains high levels of client satisfaction through contact with existing clients
- Promotion of current and future products
- Suggests ideas and actions to develop the market
- Coordinates with the marketing department in regard to planning seminars, expos and
translations of certain campaigns
Requirements
- Previous relevant working experience
- Excellent command of the Spanish/Portuguese/German and English language
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
